Trust Your Mercedes-Benz In These Thorough Hands – I called with an acute and unexpected problem at 10am, and was able to have my car serviced right away; my car was ready at 3pm. The courtesy shuttle driver was prompt, and called me via cell phone upon arrival. Customers can get a free ride back to work/home, and picked up when your car is ready.
