I had a crown done at this office 3 years ago. Unfortunately, the crown cracked much sooner than I expected. When I called the office, I explained the situation and asked if they could repair or replace the crown. I have two dental insurance plans—one through my employer and one through my wife’s employer. I don’t recommend this establishment to anyone if you’re wanting to be treated with any amount of respect. The girl at the front desk Andrea is not properly trained in her job and catches wild attitude with people and then doesn’t do her job properly and pretends to schedule you for appointments the office manager doesn’t even seem like they care which is very worrisome. They should care more than anybody. This is not an establishment I recommend to anybody!
Dr Lirio is awesome, sometimes theres a long wait but usually its a totally smooth visit. I'm very comfortable there.
