I have been coming to Auglaize Family Practice since I was a kid. Dr. George is the one who sent me down to Columbus back in 2001 for my Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), when they were just learning about it. Since Dr. George has retired I have been seeing Heather Selby. I absolutely love her! She reminds me so much of Dr. George on the way she might get behind but it's bc she actually takes the time to listen and talk to you. If I could give zero stars, I would. Over the past month, I have experienced repeated and unacceptable issues with obtaining my medication. I was told four separate times that my prescription had been sent to my pharmacy and approved, yet each time the pharmacy confirmed they did not have it. (Per my conversation with the office) I even waited over an hour at the store for clarification, only to finally be told the medication had not been approved and that I needed to be re-seen. It is a pleasant experience to visit Dr Jamie Szelagowski, especially when you’re not that sick. Meaning you feel better going in as to feeling miserable, as I’ve been both. She takes her time to listen and explains thoroughly. Her staff is top notch also very nice and friendly. I highly recommend her as your primary Doctor.
