Emmalee took good care of me, and made sure I got to ask my questions, I was listened to as a patient and she was thorough with her exam. She invited me back in two years for a follow up, and they have a reminder system, because of course I do not!

I was very satisfied with my appointment, the hearing test was very thorough.The staff was very nice, I appreciated the atmosphere of the lobby, it shows what good people work there. Looking forward to getting my hearing aids.
Hearing aids had to be sent in for refurbished, thought it would take 2 weeks had them back in one week. Thank you Auglaize Audiology, you are the best!!!
