Emily did a great job explaining everything. Everything was left to me. She did not pressure me at all.

Had a hearing test with Emmy Topp. She did a thorough job of looking in my ears, explaining what the hearing test would entail and actually doing the hearing test. After the test she went over the results with me and answered any questions that I had. I recommend Auglaize Audiology for your hearing needs.
I was very impressed with the professionalism, thoroughness, and friendliness of Emmy who was my audiologist for my initial visit. I am looking forward to being fitted with hearing aids next week.
Friendly staff, helped my father with his hearing aids for free. He will be back.
