They did a good job on my transmission rebuild. Cost a little over 1200$. Felt the work they did was fair and it was done in a timely manner.

Augie’s Garage replaced brake pads for me recently. They were very friendly and had good prices. Will be back for future needs.
Took the car in for transmission repair. After calling Smithtown Transmissions we felt comfortable letting them work on our truck based on their knowledge. The tech was friendly and explained what needed to be done and they got the job done for a good price.
Our clutch went out in our Ford truck. We called a couple shops for quotes and Smithtown had the best price and the shortest turn around. We are happy with the job and now we can drive again.
I called around and the people I spoke with at Smithtown Transmissions sounded the most knowledgeable and professional so I brought my car to them. They made their estimate and when they were done it was early and the price was as expected. I was very pleased with the whole experience and would go there again.
We've been taking our cars to Augies for years. Last time, we needed a new alternator, and they did a great job. Got us right back on the road!
