It was the first and our last time. We were given the worst service you can imagine. The 1st person and waiter (wasn’t ours) got us our drinks told us specials and gave us bread. Our actual server when she came by was short, and acted as if we inconvenienced her. My Mom and I ordered 2 of Augies meals, an appetizer, and drinks. We weren’t offered dessert or coffee. Used to go here all the time about a decade ago. Ordered tonight after moving back to the area and I didn’t recognize the food. We ordered the Kitchen Sink and Penne Bolognese. The Kitchen Sink used to have a sauce that almost mirrored their Vodka Sauce, but tonight it was almost an Alfredo. The only flavor was cream. The bolognese sauce was literally crumbled need over tomato sauce. For the price, I wouldn’t try again with hopes it was a fluke.

I tried this place for the first time today and it was absolutely amazing. As an appetizer I got the mussels and clams. I also got 2 entrees, they were Mama's Ziti and The Kitchen Sink. There are 3 things I can tell you. 1. all the food was delicious. I'm pretty sure this is now my new favorite restaurant in upstate NY. 2. Be careful what all you order because the portions are HUGE. We ordered the family dinner to go the Kitchen sink special and when we ate it was oh so good. Just bragged to a co-worker about how great it was of a meal and won't be disappointed. Will definitely be returning for future dining experiences 👍

if you miss baseball get dinner from Augie's, they hit it out of the park every time. There is alot of talent on that team. Thanks for always being delicious.
