My resent appointment in the service department was fast and very thorough . I recently took my car in for service because there was a strange noise coming from the engine compartment . We recently purchased a 2026 Mazda CX-50 from Auffenberg Mazda; our third vehicle from this Auffenberg. We genuinely love the vehicle, and we’ve consistently had positive experiences with the service department over the years. Unfortunately, this most recent sales and finance experience was deeply disappointing. After clearly declining a ceramic coating multiple times, it repeatedly reappeared on our paperwork at different prices.
