If I could give 0 stars I would! I have had several issues with Auffenberg as a whole, but this last one is the straw that breaks the camels back. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN! I have purchased 3 vehicles with Auffenberg Kia, Ford North and the pre owned lot. This particular instance is absolutely infuriating and I refuse to go back. I had a fantastic experience due to the assistance I received from sales rep. Robyn Jensen and financial rep Alex Birgenheier. Both of these individuals went way beyond the norm to assist in the purchase/lease of my new Kia Forte this past month. Auffenberg Kia is to be applauded for hiring such great customer focused individuals.
