After all the ignorance over this vehicle. non disclosure over damaged & broken parts & so many other issues Auffenberg couldn't pay me to take one of their vehicles. Gunked this car up so issues go unnoticed for a period of time, non disclosure of many issues, ruined the rear defroster and refused to repair it. Bought it with it working though. Supposed to fix drivers side lights , was delivered to me inoperable. Nothing fixed. No resolution.Don't bother with the IAG because they'll do nothing for you either. Bottom line I ... read more
Terrible dealership business. I called to reserve a test drive in a maverick the day before I planned to go and was told it was there and the price on website was correct. I show up to test drive and they start to say “oh the one you wanted we sold at 7pm last night but luckily we got another one here still” we test drive it and come back and some how between that time “it’s spoken for” and they try to upsell me $1000 on a different truck. If I could give 0 stars I would. We called ahead, they promised me a vehicle. We drove HOURS to get to an empty dealership. We were the only customers there. Test drove the vehicle we inquired about while the salesman asked us all about discounts and paperwork on the test drive. Got back inside the dealership, told us to have a seat and they came back with, oh the vehicle you wanted sold last night. Okay, what about the one we just test drove? Supposed to get new engine if it needs if for $100. If this is true I was in the wrong. I very much look forward to having the relationship fixed. Crossing fingers. So, manager messaged me here (see below). Minimal hope but, something. Will keep yall informed. Stay tuned.
