Had my 2019 Ranger serviced, oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection and also checked a tire for a slow leak. My service advisor “Latif” was very friendly and very professional a pleasure to work with. Called ahead for appointment and they got me in on time and out quickly. An hour or less. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy.
#1 worst experience buying a car in my life. My salesperson Ashlie was not helpful and rude. Ashlie didn't follow through with getting information I requested on xm radio and replacement keys. The car wasn't detailed correctly even after I showed the salesperson. Top it all off 400 miles down the road the check engine light came on and flashed for a couple seconds then went off.
