Don't go to this dealership at all. There are much better Ford dealerships. I only went to this dealership because the used vehicle I wanted was available, however, if you're not buying a Ford vehicle, they don't treat you very well. They are terrible at explaining the warranty and financial information, they rush you through your process, even though I was there all day waiting for them to finish. First off, we buy a car and the salesman said he usually fills the tank up since it was on E but he couldn't do it that night because he had to leave since it was getting late and he had kids to get home to. I as a mother understood but I also thought it was rude as an employee making commission off of this purchase.
