Had a great experience working with this service department. I was explained the troubleshooting process and understood the maintenance actions prior to being performed. Very transparent and quick process!
Auffenberg Service department is top notch! They go far and beyond to make sure their customers are getting the service they deserve! Will definitely let them take care of my maintenance needs 2👍👍 up!!
Just had my truck worked on. Had 2 other dealerships look at it and couldn’t find the problem. Joe in service got me in and taken care of in a hurry. Nice to see things fixed the first time. I will be back again.
One of the best service departments I've been to! I love how everything was explained in detail, and wasn't talked down to like I've experienced in other dealerships! Highly recommend!
Great customer service and gets the work done right
