Extremely helpful in resolving what turned out to be a very minor wiring issue on my towed vehicle. Another shop told me that I'd have to leave my car with them for a couple of weeks until they could take a look at the problem. Alex at Auer's said to bring the car in in two days and the technician got right on the problem and had me fixed in 30 minutes. Many thanks

I just bought a new converted sprinter van and needed a broken window replaced. I’ve not needed work done on the van yet so I wasn’t sure where to go. I made several phone calls around Austin, and no one was able to do it. Then, I made a phone call to Auer’s before the shop was even open and they picked up the phone, told me to come by, and fixed it first thing in the morning within an hour. Incredible service from Alex and amazing work from Miles on fixing the window! I’ll be back for sure. Thank you!
2024 Thor class C having serious Lippert leveler problems. Auer's sent out Robert, mobile tech, who got levelers up. Took unit in next day and they began diagnosis. This is something the Thor dealer worked on since new and obviously did not fix it. Robert talked with Lippert at great lengths and between them got it finally repaired. I am camping as I write this and the levelers are working! I have used Auer's before, will continue, and complement them for their stellar service. They are my "go to" RV repair company.
