Customer beware: In addition to having a term lease agreement they require a 60 day written notice to vacate which is only put in small print in the leasing contract and NOT verbally expressed. Furthermore, after living here a month, we called and inquired about terms of the leasing contract and once again this was NOT communicated or explained by their office at any time in the conversation. This is costing $1500.00 and Audubon's management is only extending an apology for miscommunications and requiring payment immediately... read more
