Horrible These people are awful. I kept complaining about my electricity acting up and no one ever came to fix it. I was on vacation for a week and they lied to me in my face and told me that the electrician had come into the apartment and fixed the problem. How in the hell did an electrician come in I did not see him--what was he --a ghost? Audubon Pointe Of Algiers is the worst place to live! I see these apartments haven't changed much since my husband and I lived there about five years ago. The property manager at that time would change her hair color so the residents wouldn't recognize her when coming in with complaints. We had cockroaches as well, and also a huge maple (or some other sort) of tree leaning into the porch, destroying the banister and roof (we lived on the second floor, so this was a problem.) and it would shake the apartment when there was a ... read more
Better Than Ever I've lived here for 2 years and this is actually a lot nicer than the typical apartment complex. I've always had very quick responses with maintenance. The management is friendly and professional.
Like living in Afghanastan If you don't want to get shot at before 10 a.m., don't move here. If you care about your kids, don't move here. If you have a cardboard box and a box fan, don't move here. The box will hold more security than these awful apartments. Management is a joke. In the one year period I lived here, the pool was opened 3 times. It was so disgusting I didn't even go in!!! Do Not Move Here! I have lived in Audubon Pointe for years before the current manager and her subordinates and I feel that new management is direly needed. Jaime the current manager is rude, condescending not even to mention unprofessional. I've actually never encountered a manger so unprofessional especially with how she speaks to tenants. We called her to deal with her even more unprofessional maintenance men who have broken our stove, our dishwasher and other miscellaneous objects with their indifference and incompetence.... read more
Happy I just moved to New Orleans from Atlanta and I must say this city is unique. I found this wonderful apartment on the Westbank. The rent is very affordable and my apartment is really nice. The office staff is very helpful.
NEW AND AWSOME all i can say is beautiful everything is new and they have a new splach pad love it all the units have been redone it is a must see and its so quiet the staff is awsome everyone needs to check them out
