Audubon upgrades can be better. This complex is best for young folks who complain about noise. It is an apartment complex, what does one expect, a quiet palace? You hear a lot of noise; the walls are not strong enough; holes are easy to make; and the new hardwood floors in the entryway are not strong enough, with a poor seal at the ends. Walls are not painted all the way. Bugs: roaches, bees entered the apartment? creepy spiders crawling. The pesticide gets done, but the roaches are non-ending.
