Going to be moving here in July and I can't wait!
I’ve been living here 4 years now. The first 3 years were great. Quiet and peaceful. Then I got noisy neighbors. I’ve complained so many times and it never stays resolved. There is very little sound proofing so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Coughing, talking, ventilation fan, phones vibrating, toilets flushing, literally you can hear it all. We loved touring the property! Constance was so sweet and made us feel excited about possibly moving here.
This is a great place for people of all ages to live. The location is great for someone new to Lakeland with lots of restaurants/shops on the nearby US-98 and close proximity to i-4. The front office staff is very kind and always on top of it! I am glad I settled on this place among many options I was looking at upon moving to Lakeland.
