I’ve been living here 4 years now. The first 3 years were great. Quiet and peaceful. Then I got noisy neighbors. I’ve complained so many times and it never stays resolved. There is very little sound proofing so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Coughing, talking, ventilation fan, phones vibrating, toilets flushing, literally you can hear it all.
