The only reason this isn’t a one-star review is the maintenance team. If they could be rated separately, they’d get five stars without hesitation. They’re consistently helpful and professional, and Russ in particular is the definition of an excellent maintenance technician and a genuinely stand-up person. Management here has helped with my loved one so much since he's lived here, going above and beyond every opportunity that was presented. Very thankful for the staff/team here and all they've done for our family.
I think I have had enough of living here. I gave 3 star because of the water bill. I pay the same amount for a 1/1 as everyone else.It wasn’t my intent to be here going 3 years. A lot have changed since.The grounds are Not as beautiful , grass all dried up. No green luscious golf course dried weeds . Every year is an increase of water bill paying for parcel service monthly is forced on residents into lease even if you don’t use it.
