The front office has the nicest staff i have ever seen. Definitely a no stress living environment.

It is now 2025. I’m very hesitant about writing another review. My wife and I had planned on moving since the management has changed and I can also tell you we are still here because of the maintenance department ( Russ) and certain people( Daisey) in the office so let me go back in 2018. We moved here into a two-bedroom building a building 9 from Texas( never been here, never seen the property. I have only visually seen it online. We love it we love the atmosphere. It was a pleasure touring Audubon Oaks today with Ms. Geovanna. She was very kind, informative, and easy going. The property is beautiful! We did not see a single piece of trash throughout the whole property. The amenities offered are very nice as well! A beautiful pool, updated gym, tennis court, basketball court, play area for children, and a dog park!
