This place after changing management companies is completely annoying and try to scam you out of money when you move out Be aware you won't get your security deposit back at all but they will also try to charge you an additional 600 dollars on top of that for bs fees. They said we owed them 850 2 weeks and disputes later they say we owe 250 which they already took our security deposit. Glad I bought a home this place blows don't move here

Audubon Oaks is a beautiful apartment complex. But what makes it so special is their maintenance team. If you need anything at all, they are there within moments. They have a smile on their face and are ready to solve the problem. My air conditioner went out on one of those hot nights. They came immediately. I rented a two bedroom two bath split plan apartment for my daughter when she was in college. And it was a wonderful experience. She was on the second floor. We loved the screened in balcony that overlooked the golf course. The management was very kind when my daughter graduated from college she decided to move home from Lakeland to Alachua. I was glad to have her home but sad to see her done with College.
They were nice people in the office. The apartments were nice but kind of expensive in comparison to others we saw that day.
