Again !! I have to give some verbal accolades to the maintenance team!!! They have been always awesome in responding to any requests with a quick response and rectifying them. I am so grateful! Keep up the good work !
This place after changing management companies is completely annoying and try to scam you out of money when you move out Be aware you won't get your security deposit back at all but they will also try to charge you an additional 600 dollars on top of that for bs fees. They said we owed them 850 2 weeks and disputes later they say we owe 250 which they already took our security deposit. Glad I bought a home this place blows don't move here

Audubon Oaks is a beautiful apartment complex. But what makes it so special is their maintenance team. If you need anything at all, they are there within moments. They have a smile on their face and are ready to solve the problem. My air conditioner went out on one of those hot nights. They came immediately. It was not repairable so they brought a standalone unit in my room so I could sleep comfortably through the night. They arrived early the next morning and got things done.
