Great place!!
It is now 2025. I’m very hesitant about writing another review. My wife and I had planned on moving since the management has changed and I can also tell you we are still here because of the maintenance department ( Russ) and certain people( Daisey) in the office so let me go back in 2018. We moved here into a two-bedroom building a building 9 from Texas( never been here, never seen the property. I have only visually seen it online. We love it we love the atmosphere. It was a pleasure touring Audubon Oaks today with Ms. Geovanna. She was very kind, informative, and easy going. The property is beautiful! We did not see a single piece of trash throughout the whole property. The amenities offered are very nice as well! A beautiful pool, updated gym, tennis court, basketball court, play area for children, and a dog park! Maintenance team here is second to none. All of our requests are usually done within a few days which is a drastic improvement from our last apartment complex. They are also doing a lot of great work to improve the grounds like paving new sidewalk and painting the playground where my children play. Feels like a very safe community too. Take this as you will. I have had asthma flare ups since living here (we were there a total of 7 months and couldn’t take anymore). Our downstairs neighbor had water leaking from our apartment as well and maintenance came in multiple times to “fix this”. It’s an older place and the outside is nice. - however have them check under carpets and in air ways if you have breathing issues. Management was OK.
