Poor build quality. The warranty they offer is a joke, they will not honor it. If you’re considering buying one of their homes, DON’T. Our home is 8 years old and we’ve already had to spend $4k+ due to sub standard quality work and a warranty they don’t honor. We’ve had roofing issues, HVAC issues and plumbing issues. Plus a TON of cosmetic issues. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this builder.
Garage door installed with cheap garden stakes as structural members? This could cause serious physical injury or property damage! Many pre-close items were not actually fixed either despite promises. I don’t have time for this but I think a lawyer would.
We had to fight to have the repairs done from walk thru. After closing we walked in to a filthy home. Footprints all over laminate floors, toilets had been used by workers. Construction supervisor was very rude. Apprasial came in 10k under list price.
RecommendedThis is our 3rd house to build and I hope we never do it again. It's too stressful. The only thing that I wouldn't change was working with PILAR. She was truly the most patient and responsive person we could have asked for during this ordeal.She was very professional and caring.
They gave us a broken fridge and as soon as we moved in and realized it, they told us to contact the warranty people.... it’s our problem now.
Our new home had a pipe leak resulting in ceiling drywall damage and additional damage from repair work. Repair contractors have failed to show when scheduled and the warranty representative is unable to coordinate any solution beyond :trying to reach the contractors." RecommendedThis is my first time buying a home. Prior to this I was terrified to go through the home buying process because I had a bad experience with it before.
