Unfortunately I've had to change this rating due to the lack of quality and thoroughness in our inspection. After moving in we realized that windows weren't opened (broken latches - not checked), faucets were not checked, shades weren't checked, if they were boxes in front of something critical it wasn't checked, etc. Turk said he mentioned things to the agent that didn't show up in his report. Turk was great to work with. He even followed up with me to help look at a few items that could not be inspected due to the presence of lots of moving boxes during the initial inspection. Highly recommended.
You get a great price with Turk but BEWARE you are getting what you pay for. I am a seasoned buyer & know what an inspector should look for & he legitimately tried to make me feel like so many basic things are no longer part of a home inspection.
