You get a great price with Turk but BEWARE you are getting what you pay for. I am a seasoned buyer & know what an inspector should look for & he legitimately tried to make me feel like so many basic things are no longer part of a home inspection. Audubon Home Inspections is the ONLY inspection service I will ever use in any real estate transaction. Competent, friendly, honest, and focused inspections and support is invaluable for me and Audubon provides exactly this !!! Use them whenever you can !!!
Turk and his team did a wonderful job on our inspection identifying several areas that could have cost us dearly had we not been made aware of them today. I will use Turk for any and all properties that we purchase in the future.
