Don’t waste your time. Receptionists had an attitude the entire time of my visit from check in to check out. Not to mention doctor did not listen to anything I said, asked me if I needed a script for medication to help with pain and swelling before I got the chance to even say anything he tells the receptionists “he said he doesn’t want a script” when that was not the case even in the slightest. Got an appointment right away. They were very, very friendly in the office. And Dr. Weiner was magnificent. What could have been a difficult experience?Turned out to be a good one. Highly recommended
I can’t say enough good things about this dental office! The entire staff are true perfectionists — they take their time to make sure every detail is just right. I had a chipped front tooth that really bothered me, and they fixed it so beautifully that it looks completely natural!, you’d never even know it was chipped! Dr. Weiner has the best personality, he is a great dentist and also has plenty of jokes. Jackie (the hygienist) is AWESOME!!!! She did my cleaning and it was the most comfortable cleaning I've ever had. She has a gift. I would definitely recommend Audubon Family Dentistry!
Do not pay out of pocket until your insurance is processed. I was pressured to pay upfront because I was told my insurance likely wouldn’t cover an implant/crown, with the promise I’d be reimbursed for any overpayment. My insurance did cover the procedure, and I overpaid nearly $2,000. Four months later—after office visits, phone calls, and even letters—I’m still waiting on more than $400.
