Now under new and somehow worse management. Enjoy talking to temps about issues that they have no info on and won't get back to you about. You will see more roaches than residents, and learn to enjoying paying extra for pest control that never actually shows up.
Place is infested with roaches after living here 3+ years we are deciding not to renew our lease and will be looking elsewhere for residency. The roach infection is just becoming to much and is a complete nightmare to deal with. It's just crazy to constantly come home to a sink full of roaches crawling all over my dishes counter tops they are just everywhere literally. Until they take this matter seriously and so many others these places is going to continually lose tenants.
New management, new owners, new staff! All around positive changes! As a vendor who has worked the property for many years, in my visit today I was impressed by the positive changes with interactions between staff and residents. Don’t skip this gem in the heart of oakwood! You will be impressed! This new staff Nicole and Alfonsa are aiming to creating the perfect resident experience
