The worst place to live. They don't fix anything they say. They rented me an apartment that had really bad mold and just cleaned and painted didn't tell me anything about 2 weeks later I was sick and stayed sick until I left. The rent went up and down. The walk ways and stairs were horrible with grunge they never cleaned any back apartments only the front for picture purposes to catch you. They lie about car wash the dumpster is always nasty. Where's complex?I've ever dealt with.They're in the office 1 Day Out of the whole week.Maintenance does even work there a c s been out for nearly a two weeks i have Daughter nothing being done about. I do not recommend anyone moving into this complex.I called to my buddies and told them not to move in doing worry about making an appointment.The staff is unbelievable unprofessional , and the young kid that works in that office fired!
Diego really helped me out in getting a three bedroom apartment. Cool dude. Everything so far it’s great. Cleaned up tennis court.
It’s nice to be able to call a place home. Alessia Garden is just that, home. It’s very quiet and welcoming to those around. Neighbors are friendly.
