We just moved out 1 month ago and we received a bill for 3000$ for damages also trying to charge us the last month rent because supposedly they didn’t have it in the system but thankfully we had proof we payed it. This place is really trying to charge me for the tubs being “scraped off” when in reality they just paint the tubs when you move in, of course we have to clean our tubs and bathrooms because they get dirty! My child’s father just signed a lease here and picked up the keys yesterday. I wish I would’ve known/seen these reviews before he did. He let me know that the person who gave him the keys (not sure her name) assured him that they are doing their best to renovate the units and fix all the issues from the past (roaches, mold etc). What worried me is that she said that pest control will be coming in a month or two to take care of the roach issue. Will they be fumigating? And why wait?
