I’ve had a great experience with Alessia Apartments in Oakwood, GA. The community is clean, well-maintained, and in a very convenient location close to shopping, dining, and major roads. The apartments are comfortable, thoughtfully laid out, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and welcoming. What really stood out to me was how helpful Alessia was throughout the entire process. Place is infested with roaches after living here 3+ years we are deciding not to renew our lease and will be looking elsewhere for residency. The roach infection is just becoming to much and is a complete nightmare to deal with. It's just crazy to constantly come home to a sink full of roaches crawling all over my dishes counter tops they are just everywhere literally. Until they take this matter seriously and so many others this place is going to lose great tenants.
My family and I are soon moving into Alessia Gardens and we are already looking forward to it! We had a great experience working with the property manager, Diego, to secure our new apartment. He was really helpful and friendly during our tour. He guided us through the application process and made sure everything was done quickly and efficiently. We are so grateful for his support and professionalism and we are so excited to make this our new home!
DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! We just moved out 1 month ago and we received a bill for 3000$ for damages also trying to charge us the last month rent because supposedly they didn’t have it in the system but thankfully we had proof we payed it. This place is really trying to charge me for the tubs being “scraped off” when in reality they just paint the tubs when you move in, of course we have to clean our tubs and bathrooms because they get dirty!
