1987 construction. Lots of deterioration and mold being painted over. Garbage is always a mess and disgusting. The mailbox situation is insane. Boxes not maintained and between management and post office the resident is left trying to get mail out of a stubborn lock or a new lock that functions. They charge "Market Value" for rent but that would be much newer/maintained properties.
