This is a wonderful quiet oasis in the French Quarter. The location is close enough for walking throughout the Quarter, and convenient to the Garden District, Frenchmen Street, and other N.O. attractions. My wife and I, along with another couple, stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage that was beautifully appointed, clean, comfortable and relaxing. Like the description says, this place truly is an oasis in the French Quarter. We felt like we were staying in a villa in France. We stayed for three nights while attending my daughter’s graduation from Tulane University and loved everything about Cottage 2, where we stayed. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We had our own large private patio just steps from the pool, which is open 24 hours a day. We had a wonderful stay at the Audubon. Shaun is amazing! He made sure our stay was enjoyable. We loved the atmosphere and the vibe the place offered. The cottage was extremely comfortable and felt like home. Beautiful courtyard!
This stay became one of the highlights for us in New Orleans. We were so stunned by the history of these cottages that were once the studios and houses of Audubon. The location is walking distance to all prime locations in the French Quarters. If you get a hold of Mr.Jeffrey just ask him where to eat. No one I met more passionate about the kitchens in New Orleans. Mr.Shaun was helping us with the room and everything we needed.
