Staff here is so unprofessional, starting off by the short management guy.. their system was down and they gave the option for people to reschedule or wait for it to come back. Those who decided to wait for hours, were then told their only option was to reschedule, like are you serious? Mind you their system was up and running by 11:30am of before and they didn't have the courtesy offer back the initial appointment. My experince today over the phone was terrible. I tried making an appointment but the gentlemen had a nasty attitude for no reason. If that's over the phone imagine in person.
Horrible attitude, horrible workers, and stinky place. It's full of kids all the time and it's so unprofessional.
