I am the owner and want to explain what happened to Gloria's hair when she came in. She had 5 inches of medium brown roots and 7 inches of blonde ends and she said I want high lights but she showed me a picture of a woman with medium brown hair and I said oh you want a tint and she shot me down and saidI want high lights.
