It’s very bad experience. If you have an old car to check, think twice to use Audrey auto repair. I did my car inspections at their shop at August 19th. I asked power window,brake system,key fob and automatic transmission system inspections. They charged me $1094.58 for the job. Then surprisingly they sent me a message at afternoon to say they will charge $1600 to do the job because they need more time to do it. Great friendly knowledgeable staff, good prices, and always busy because of demand for their work!
I am from Edmonton and broke down in Saskatoon one evening. Towed the car to their shop (which I just picked by Google reviews). They had a nice little key drop system where you write your issues and contact information down and put it in the key drop. Talked to them the next morning with no expectation they would even look at it that day. 2 hours later they texted me with a diagnosis.
