Dr Sheu and her staff are wonderful. They are very detail oriented and explain the procedure every step of the way. My daughter had a molar extracted under general anastgesia, and our experience has been 10/10 with Dr. Sheu, her staff, and the anasthesiologist Dr. Gary. Thank you Dr. Sheu and the amazing staff for your thorough explanation and expertise.
This was not the first trip to the dentist office for my 4 year old & he had a very hard time with his first dentist appointments @ another office, so we were really nervous for this new office visit. But, I was very happy and super grateful for Dr. Sheu and her front office staff. They notified me ahead of time with my insurance information and what it would and wouldn’t cover. Excellent dentist! Wonderful with kids! This is the second time my daughter has to have a dental procedure done and has had Nitrous Oxide administered. Dr. Sheu and her staff were excellent at providing all the information I needed to make me feel more comfortable about having Nitrous Oxide administered to my daughter. Dr Sheu and her team are wonderful with kids. They helps kids to calm down for any procedure. I highly recommend hacienda Dentistry to parents, especially your kids are always nervous.
