The best apartment in San Marcos; I wish I had found it sooner. It's NOT managed by a "big - we don't care company." The staff is friendly, takes care of everything quickly, and communicates with you! It's a small complex, so you recognize and know who lives and visits here. It's close to school, the bus, and my work; I just park my car and walk; I don't stress because it is a safe area. Glad to have found a place that made San Marcos feel like home; I will be sad to leave when the time comes but check out this place!
Living here has been beyond great. Owners are like family and take care of my place like it's their home. Owners take pride in what they do and don't cut corners.
Absolutely adore the family who runs and cares for this truly one of a kind apartment. One in a million. Super sad this is our last year here and moving off to Colorado. If you want to be part of a small family with not only the owners who you can text but also know your neighbors along with a quiet, beautiful immaculately kept complex then this is this place for you. Had to give the Hoke’s props! <3 thank y’all for being badass
I lived here for two years while going to school at Texas State. It was such a positive experience and I truthfully do not have any complaints. The family that owns the building is very friendly and very on top of maintenance needs! Definitely recommend.
