Dr. Edwards has changed my life! She has helped me in so many ways and an inspiration to me! One of the most compassionate workers in this field and I've been to a number of therapists and psychiatrists. Thank you for your work Audrey. Kathy is also really nice and quick to get you an appt when really needed.
Audrey hits it right on the nail, if you are looking for someone to baby you, then this is not the place. She is very compassionate, she uses cognitive therapy. If you want to get your life on the right track and willing to work on it, then this is the place to come.
Did not listen to my "story" on the initial visit. Made me feel like I was dysfunctional. I've seen a handful of Psychologist and none were as invasive and judgmental as Audrey. Normally after leaving a psychologist I feel refreshed and relieved. With Dr. Edwards I left confused, resentful, and questioning my parents, wife, and siblings. I highly recommend finding another "therapist."
I want to start off by saying I missed at least three appointments so that is on me. So I called to book an appointment after seeing her for approximately six months and her receptionist told me she was unable to schedule me because they were not taking patients. WHATT!! I am a current patient like what are you talking about you can’t schedule me with my therapist. She said she would call me when there was an opening. How about no you won’t. What professional therapist does this.
Terribly outdated, pretentious and insulting. I really had to heal from the encounters she and I had together. She pulled my husband in as well and yelled at us about codependency and questioned whether my husband cared about me since he completes some tasks for me that I find difficult to do myself since being diagnosed with a chronic illness.
A 10 out of 10! Excellent psychologist!
