I saw her the first time for an annual visit. She was over 30 minutes late and seemed rushed through the visit. The physical was kind of cursory but she did ask detailed questions on history. My main issue was that nobody from the office followed up with results of the blood work even when there were a few that looked off. A simple note in Mychart would be nice.
Dr Lenze was repeatedly more than 30 minutes late to appointments. The last time, I had another appointment and couldn't wait, so after 45 minutes of her not showing for the video appointment (early morning), her office said she would call me back at 12:30. 12:30 came and went, no call, then they backtracked and told me 4 different things. Dr. Lenze is truly an exceptional doctor. She knows her stuff, explains things well, and genuinely cares about her patients. I appreciate her common sense and kindness. Additionally, the office staff is consistently courteous and accommodating, making the experience of getting medical care stress-free for us.
Dr Lenze is always wonderful. She is always very caring and remembers me as a person and a patient.
