I’m not one to leave bad reviews often, but hoping this might help others in their OB-GYN search. Two stars instead of one for low wait time, but now I see why no one was there. Roughest pap smear I ever had, and Dr. Koh was impatient, dismissive and rude, and it felt like I was wasting her time during my annual exam (during which I didn’t have anything to bring up or much to say, but was cut off after saying a few words when answering her questions, multiple times). Our adolescent daughter was in need of a highly skilled gynecologic surgeon for laparoscopic cystectomy of large cysts in both ovaries. In addition to the usual risks of such a surgery was the threat of her being rendered infertile. Dr Koh and her staff are friendly, professional, and well educated. I felt comfortable and all of my questions were answered. I did not feel rushed. The office was clean and organized. Highly recommend!
My partner experienced tremendous pain for what it should have been a routine pap smear, we had to cancel the procedure midway.
