I had Audrey Hall while I was a patient at Amherst Psychiatric. Audrey, was completely abusive. When the medical protocol she had me on wasn't working, she told me that she spoke with Dr. O'Connor and they were going to "kick me out of the practice." For what? I asked. She never did answer the question. She thought I should be responding better to the medication I was on. She was so abusive, I thought about filling a formal complaint with the Medical Board. Audrey is great. Before seeing her, I worried about “just being a number.” This is not the case with Audrey. She takes detailed notes and always makes sure to start where you left off. It is easy to tell that she is sincere in all of her efforts to find what works best for you. Not everyone is the same, and there is no “universal” solution. Been going to Audrey for years now. The staff are really polite and Audrey is too. She takes notes and listens carefully. Highly recommend.
I have been a patient of Audrey’s for almost 7 years now, i had a lot of trouble finding a good psychiatrist and goodness gracious i feel so incredibly lucky to have found her.
