Mr. Batman, my cat, was recently bitten by “something,” and the team at Paws, Whiskers and Claws fixed him right up. Honestly, I felt better as soon as we walked in the door—the entire staff and the vets are always so caring and kind. I had a very disappointing experience with their client care coordinator, Dian. From the beginning, she was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. When I asked for basic pricing information on food, anti inflammatory med, and a dermal gel, she told me she was “not in the place to provide it”. Instead of trying to help or offering an alternative, she placed me on hold and sounded aggravated the entire time. She even called me flippant over the phone because I had a lot of questions.
