Five stars somehow feels mathematically inadequate. The entire office operates with the unnerving efficiency of people who actually enjoy helping other human beings. Dr. Leeb is knowledgeable, patient, and explains everything without making you feel like you've accidentally enrolled in graduate school. The staff is genuinely kind, the process is painless, and, as a bonus, I can once again hear birds, whispered conversations, and the many tiny sounds I'd been missing for years.
Dr Leeb is the best - always the professional and yet also warm and friendly and very understanding of your situation. She has my complete trust. Spends lots of time with her patients and explains everything fully. Highly recommend.
