If you need help with anything related to hearing, this is definitely the place to go. Angie and Andrea were amazing! We moved here from Tennessee and had looked around the area for a new location, but the places we looked at didn’t seem to fit. We happened to be driving and saw this location and took a chance. they go way beyond just hearing tests. Many services were performed for free, which is unheard of these days (pardon the pun).
Krystal has taken care of my husband since she started there and we love her. My husband passed away in June of 2016 and she has been trying to get me to come in because I need hearing aids but I just haven't been able to do that yet. Everyone there is so nice and really know what they are talking about.
When I came in to see Krystle at the North Fort Myers store and she run me through her test to see how she thought she could help me, I was totally shocked and impressed. She is so professional that she wasn't sure she could help me at all but insisted on trying. To my surprise she gave me ULTIMATE RELIEF of my Tennitus which I was told that there was nothing anyone or anything out there that could help me.
