I won't purchase electronics from anyone else. Every interaction is pleasant with a sense of humor. Alan is awesome and will take a lot of time with you whether you are spending a 100 dollars or 10k. So refreshing to talk to electronics guys that know more than me. Not that I have more than just a general understanding but that is more than 95% of best buy.
SO MY FIANCE CAME IN TO HAVE HER DECK INSTALLED AND THEY PUT THE I POD CABLE AND THE MICROPHONE INSTALED WITHOUT CHARGNG EXTRA. THESE GUYS ARE GREATAND MUCH BETTER THAN THE BIG BOX STORE AT VALLEY VIEW MALL .
