They wouldnt honor the life time warrenty the tint bubbeled on my wifes car after one year and they wont fix it and they way over charged .due yourself a favor go somewhere else
The wiring connector on my subwoofer broke. I showed them the part that was broken and they said “we don’t have that, order it from Amazon.” Ok fair enough. Not exactly sure what the part is called but I can figure it out I guess. Then I asked them, once I order the part, if they could install it, since I don’t know how to do it. It’s just a basic wiring connection that any shop should be able to do. They said “no, we don’t really do that” You don’t do subwoofer wiring? This is an AUDIO shop, is it not?
