Karen and Jenn are wonderful. They are courteous, knowledgeable, caring and make sure you are comfortable with all that needs be done. I had an issue with a broken hearing aid and Karen fixed it the next day.
Very knowledgeable and recommend hearing aids best suited for the individual. Follow through in a timely manner on all questions and concerns you may have regarding your hearing loss and hearing aid products.
