Dr. Karp was great. Had my child evaluated for Auditory Process Disorder and he got some support through hearing aids, wow what a game changer that was!!! His reading, speech...stuttering all massively improved within the day!! She also recommened for the school to provide a microphone that connects directly to his hearing aids, and the school complied and that made a huge difference as well. My hearing problem is a bit on the unusual side. If I hadn't found Audiology & Hearing Services I am not sure where I would be now. It has been over a year since I first met with Dr. Karp. Her persistence in trying to find a solution for me was pretty amazing. She reached out to Dr. Millsaps to get more eyes (and ears) on things and, between the two of them, they found a solution. Caroline Millsaps did an excellent job programming my hearing aids and spending a lot of time going over different tinnitus treatments. She is a wonderful Audiologist with a ton of knowledge. I was really impressed with her professionalism, wisdom with audiology, and overall care to the patient. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Millsaps.
