The entire staff is so knowledgeable and professional. They gave me a hearing test and tweeked my hearing aids. I highly recommend this facility.
My mom got her hearing aids here and I can't imagine anyone leaving a negative review. My mom's especially been a challenge for them- small ear canals, dexterity issues for her putting them in and they have been nothing but kind and patient and helpful. We went today to fix yet another fitting issue and they solved in 5 minutes! If there was anything else I could ask them to do it would be to do something about the traffic on Interstate 81 :-) Thank you, thank you, thank you!
