I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hecksel and her staff. She first fitted me with hearing aids about nine years ago and I have been working with her ever since. She is so responsive and always willing to answer questions and address any concerns I might have. The office setting is calm and relaxed. I highly recommend her.
Place was recommended by my doctor. Did not even know MaryRose Hecksel was a place. Came away very impressed and would give this place high marks.
Excellent organization in terms of assessing my hearing problem, recommending best device to help with my hearing loss, and support whenever I needed an adjustment or the infrequent repair of a device.
