Fantastic experience! Diana was thorough, professional, and is at the top of her game. When I picked up my hearing aids, Diana explained how to use them, care for them, and assisted me in loading the app to my phone. The introduction to using my hearing aids was thorough and easy to understand as this change in life is daunting in itself. Her compassion and knowledge are unmatched. I would highly recommend Audiology First and Diana's expertise to anyone wanting to move forward in addressing hearing loss.

Audiology First (AF) Diana Wagner & Jennifer have done an amazing job of supporting me for over 20 years. I have even bought hearing aids at big box stores. When I had complex issues which needed attention from an audiologist, I could not wait 4-8 weeks. I was seen at AF in 1 or 2 days. When I had moisture issues by biking outside with ear muffs in the winter, Diana came to my rescue changing out parts many times & adding a cleaner/dehumidifier to my routine.
