Referred for a hearing test for possible hearing loss and tinnitus. Was seen by Heather Sandy. She was very personable and explained the process of the test and results fully.
I had hearing tests and evaluation with Heather. She was very professional and asked good questions to make sure she was testing properly for my needs. After testing she explained the results clearly. I greatly appreciate the time and care she took with me.
