Audiology had warranty work done on my hearing aids and got me back in them in a timely manner. Kevin is very efficient.
You are the best.
I sure did not enjoy the part where she put the plugs deep into my ears for the initial hearing test. I should have asked her to walk me through verbally during the entire thing but I didn't want to be a bother. Today, I actually got my hearing aids, which meant I had to have her test how well it was hearing with them. This required little plastic tubes shoved down my ear canal which I also did not enjoy any more than the foam plugs during hearing test.
