I first went to another practice first, but found out insurance did not cover my hearing aids. I was referred to Synergy Hearing by my insurance and I could not believe the difference to perfection. Dr. Grozalis was able to use my existing test from the previous hearing aid supplier. He did a thorough job in measuring my ears for perfect fit (inside and out) and showed me several options to choose from. He is personable and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone in need of hearing issues.
