Made an appointment just to pick up hearing aids that were out for repair. Took 40 minutes! Waited 15 minutes after my appointment time before the assistant came out to help me. Then she couldn't log in to the computer system. She had to get the doctor to get off the phone to come login for her. He immediately left after logging in to "make more phone calls".
