My husband took one of his hearing aids in for repair. We stood at front desk the whole time never went into a room. We showed when we got the hearing aids because it was under warranty. Got there to pick it up and Kelly said $325 and said she heard the lady that looked at hearing aid said it was not under warranty and that is a bold face lie I was standing right next to him. I highly recommend Audiology Associates if you need a hearing aid. I was given a thorough hearing test, shown hearing aids recommended for my hearing loss. Laure Nastas did a great job of explaining the hearing aid and answering all my questions. She made sure I was able to hear with them, how to use them and clean them. Went over synching them to my phone and how to use the app to get the best out of them in different settings. It's great being able to hear so much better with these hearing aids than my previous pair.
I'm 71 years old. I finally admitted that my hearing was not as good as it should be. They walked me through the process. I was fitted with aids. I didn't know what I was missing.
I have received excellent service from Laurie and Kelly in regard to my audiology needs. They are well tuned to my individual needs, proponents of new technologies, advocates of worthwhile options and always greet me with a friendly hello and smile. As a new resident to the Toledo area, I was in need of assistance in updating my hearing aids and have been very pleased with their attention to details and professional spirit.
I have dealt with a number of hearing specialists since I was very young. Laurie Nastas is the only audiologist that I have ever had that truly understands my severe hearing impairment and knows how to deal with the issues that I encounter. Laurie is very personable as well as professional. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an audiologist. She is the best!
