10/7/25 (update) - Audiology Associates called today and let me know that my hearing aid is ready (finally)! I was able to pick up and all is in working order. It took way too long, but I'm glad to finally have my hearing aid back. 10/6/25 (update) - It's now been 2 weeks since I dropped off my hearing aid to have the receiver replaced, and I still do have it back. Poor communications and customer service. I dropped my hearing aide off 1.5 weeks ago to fix a broken receiver wire. This is a standard part that should be readily available. (I can order this on line and have it delivered to my house.) However, Audiology Associates seems to be unable to locate this simple part. They told me that it would take a few days, but it has been almost 11 days now. They only thing they tell me is that they have not received it yet.
