Very professional..very satisfied!
My left hearing aid was tested by myself with the Thrive app and when it detected a defective microphone I made an appointment with Hear Again LLC and got an appointment. They were very courteous and the audiologist, Margaret, was very pleasant and helpful cleaning my Starkey hearing aids. Service was excellent and I highly recommend this office.
I was very impressed with Margaret being open and honest with explaining everything to me.
From the minute you walk through the door you are made to feel welcome! Great group, hearing test wasn't what I expected -- so I was relieved. Knowledgeable, kind, listened to what I had to say. I felt valued and I while I haven't decided on the aid yet, I didn't feel like I was being strong-armed to purchase. I would recommend and will rereview once my hearing aid decision is made.
