Up to date with new software. Extremely knowledgeable and straight forward ,much more so than my initial provider here in Palm Beach Gardens. Margaret got me back to using and enjoying my Starkey hearing aids. Highly recommend.

My left hearing aid was tested by myself with the Thrive app and when it detected a defective microphone I made an appointment with Hear Again LLC and got an appointment. They were very courteous and the audiologist, Margaret, was very pleasant and helpful cleaning my Starkey hearing aids. Service was excellent and I highly recommend this office.
