I took my mom here. Excellent service. Dr Marple found a problem with one of the current hearing aids, (which was from a well known name and very expensive), she fitted my mom with a loaner and sent in the broken device and got it replaced under warranty. I can't say enough about the professionalism and honesty demonstrated by Dr Marple and her staff. Thumbs-up all the way
