I appreciated being able to get in on short notice to have my hearing aids checked for decreased function. With my hearing loss, it's very difficult to go without them working for any length of time. Wonderful, attentive staff who listened to my concerns. Highly recommend them!

The front desk is hit or miss with being welcoming or accommodating when asked to speak up. It is surprising given the nature of this office that the front staff would struggle with being kind while repeating themselves.
