Very compitant courteous and try to save you money. Didn't recommend new hearing aids. Recommended repairing what I had. I bought new ones anyway. Wonderful service!
Not a great experience for me with my hearing test. Sitting outside the testing room waiting for the audiology tech and listening to the personal conversation of two techs for 15 minutes while I waited was definitely annoying. All the details of when they are getting paid next, how much is in their checking account, how much debt one has, how her husband has no debt, what's paid off, on and on the conversation went, all the details in their personal life. Such a great experience we had today at the Poller office. So helpful, so friendly, so competent! My mother in law needed her hearing aids checked and and a cleaning. It happened with efficiency and skill. Thank you so much!
