A very professional experience!! Tom was extremely thorough and his technology was quite impressive. The fitting was great --- comfortable --- I hear much better in conversational situations and I no longer need to turn the TV up so much. My wife appreciates that!! I will need Tom's assistance during my scheduled followup visit to make the aids work better while listening to the radio in the car. A little feedback/cracking there... I will post a followup after that visit. I highly recommend Tom and ASA!!
