Pris was amazing. She greeted me warmly and friendly with a beautiful smile. She booked me in for a hearing test. She also went above & beyond to help me track down a claim number from my file, and then gave me some fantastic advice for dealing with the insurance company for a workcover claim.
Such a lovely experience, Cherry did my audio test, explained everything to me before hand and talked me through the process. Pris is so great on the front desk, super helpful with sorting out my referral and my Medicare rebate. Happy to come back just to hang out with her again 💖
What an attentive and efficient team; getting custom-made earplugs would usually be an uneventful process, but it actually turned out to be something enjoyable and easy. Priscille makes you feel looked after from the moment you step into reception, and Cherry took my ear impressions carefully and expertly whilst running me through some options to ensure a good outcome. Had a lovely experience at Audio hearing Melbourne! I am on my travels and needed my hearing aid parts changed as they were broken. It was done there and then and they cleaned my hearing aids too. Like brand new! Thank you so much.
